Tim Parrott

Tim Parrott has been married to Donna Parrott for 38years. They have 2 children, Corey and Sonia, and they are blessed to have Corey be an integral part of the Parrott Realty Group. Tim entered the Real Estate business in 2002 with the mission to help clients and customers build their personal wealth through home ownership, all the while building new life-long relationships.

Tim’s primary role is to grow & coach the team. Tim motivates the team members by showing them the value of continuing education, holding everyone accountable to their goals, and by encouraging creativity in an open communication environment. Tim invests his time in not only helping the team reach their professional goals, but also to reach their personal goals as well.

Prior to the Real Estate business, Tim was in the hospitality industry. Starting out as becoming an executive chef, he then transitioned into a general manager role for corporate and private restaurants for over 20 years. One of the biggest things Tim loves to do is dine out, food is his vice! He also loves being outdoors, that includes working in the yard, cycling, hiking, or just walking through the wonderful cities and places he and Donna have visited. Tim & Donna’s newest enjoyment is camping with their new RV. They did not realize what they have missed over the years, and they have many trips planned already.
